Clara Betty Jean McKinney age 76, of 8742 W Meadow Dr, Peoria Arizona peacefully departed this live of November 10 2012, under the care of Hospice of Arizona while surrounded by family. Born January 10, 1936 in Chesnee, SC, she was the seventh child of nine children of the Late Jaffer Nell and Corrie Dodd McKinney. , In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by James Robert McKinney , Ernest Lee McKinney, Sr , Charles Hubert McKinney, Clarence E. McKinney, and Sisters Frances McKinney, Alexander, Margaret Ann McKinney, Eula Mae McKinney . She is Survived with One Loving Sister Lollie McKinney Surratt, of Johnson City TN Children: Patricia Ann Bizzell, of Johnson City TN , Pamela D. (Cecil)Smith of Cleveland OH ; Katrina Y. Vaught of Peoria AZ; Jerry L. (Valerie) Vaught ;Cassandra L. Vaught of Arizona (Preceded in her Death Daughters Cassandra Enid McKinney of Johnson City TN and Virginia A Evans and son Kenyatta Vaught of Cleveland OH) Grandmother of 14 , Ed , Carolyn , Monica, Regina, Jerreasa, Maria, Jason, Terrance, Justin, Marsha, Valena, Jerry Jr., Edward, Tiana Great Grandmother of 20 Step-Great grandmother of 3 She was a Loving Mother to All of us and She loved spending time with her Grand and Great-grand children each and every chance she had. She was a Cook for Baldwin Manor Nursing Home In 2437 Baldwin Rd Cleveland Ohio for several years. This was one of her greatest enjoyments, she loved Cooking for her family always great Home cooked meals for family and Friends. Baptismal : In obedience to the command and in following the example of our Lord Jesus Christ was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ on the 10th day of March in the year 2002 at Greater Zion Apostolic Church Minister Evang. Lois Jones. She Loved to travel and if you ever had the opportunity to know her you would of Loved everything about her as a wonderful cheerful and Joking person who loved to make you laugh and smile, the greatest personality with each and every one in her life. She did her visits very often to Johnson City Tenn to visit all her Family and very Close Friends she truly enjoyed and loved very much Ruby Smith and Eva Lee Morrison. She Leaves behind a host of cousins , Nieces , Nephews and Lots of Longtime Friends in Cleveland Ohio and Johnson City TN. We love you Mother you will always be in our Hearts Loving memories we will cherish even though we are apart In Life we loved you dearly, In death we love you still you gave us Life, and so many Memories we will Hold very Close to our Hearts Forever .
