Pamela Lenartowicz

Pamela Jo Lenartowicz (Putnam) (September 10, 1944-March 21, 2015) has passed on into eternal life after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer at the far too young age of 70. Pam was born into a family of 9 children and grew up in Darien, IL. She raised three daughters in Wheaton, IL while building a career with AT&T. She later moved to New Jersey where she met the love of her life, Walter Lenartowicz and later married. She retired to Sun Lakes, AZ where she enjoyed many friends and a very active life. She enjoyed tennis, dancing, socializing and participating in multiple clubs and activities. She also spent her summers in Vernon, NJ where she was an active member of Warwick Country Club. She and Walter loved tending the garden and creating many homemade recipes to share with friends and family. Words cannot describe the Mother she was to her 3 daughters. She gave unconditional love and raised her girls in a safe and loving home while instilling in them the importance of an education and independence. She was a beloved Nana to her grandchildren planning and spending hours with them playing tennis, dominoes, jacks, miniature golf, pickle ball, or cheering them on from the sidelines. She was an amazing seamstress working countless hours creating precious items for her daughters and grandchildren. She also was a fabulous cook, baker, and loved home design. She and Walter loved to spend their time traveling visiting every state and several international countries. They loved their road trips and spending time with each other during the journey. She was the most thoughtful friend, wife, Nana and Mother. And she will be greatly missed. While her loss here on earth leaves a painful hole for all of us that loved her, we are comforted that heaven has gained an energetic, loving and beautiful angel. Pam is preceded in death by her parents, Jean and Vernon, her brothers, Randy and Verne, and her stepson, Joe. She is survived by her husband, Walter Lenartowicz, her daughters, Debbie (Keenan) Conder, Tracy (Blake) Ebel, Jaime (Jim) Harris, her stepchildren, Lana (Mark Baltazar) Lenar and John Lenartowicz, her siblings Claudia (Bob) Becker, Loretta Radomski, Nancy Dano, Joyce (Terry) Vanerka, John Putnam, Christine Mendoza, her 11 grandchildren Jordan Ebel, Nolan Ebel, Caden Conder, Teague Conder, Avery Conder, Addison Harris, Grayson Conder, Emerson Harris, Leighton Harris, Austin Lenartowicz, and Merric Lenartowicz and many beloved nieces and nephews.
